Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ralam.digital (the "Site") or engaging Ralam ("we", "us") for trade marketing services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services. These terms apply to visitors in the Republic of Korea and internationally.
Services Description
Ralam provides trade marketing support including offline retail execution, pickup channel messaging, store media coordination, and sync campaign planning. Informational prices on the Site are not binding offers. Binding scopes are defined only in signed statements of work.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, timely brand assets, authorized door lists, and retailer permissions needed for field work. You will not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content through contact forms.
Intellectual Property
Site content, templates, playbooks, and methodologies remain Ralam property unless assigned in writing. Client-provided marks and creative remain yours. Deliverables created for you are licensed for internal and partner use per your statement of work.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, Ralam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific statement of work is limited to fees paid under that statement of work in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gangwon-do shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice.
Termination
We may suspend Site access for maintenance or abuse. Service engagements terminate per statement of work provisions. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes to active client engagements will be communicated via your account lead when practicable.
