Money-Back Policy
Scope
This policy applies to fee-based omnichannel support plans purchased under a signed statement of work. Informational prices on the Site are not purchases.
Eligibility Window
For standard engagements, you may cancel within fourteen (14) days of contract signing if field work has not started. Once field deployment or custom production begins, cancellation follows milestone rules below.
Full Refund Conditions
Full refund of prepaid fees applies when Ralam cancels the engagement without cause or fails to commence within agreed timelines and no acceptable remedy is scheduled within fourteen (14) days.
Partial Refunds
If you cancel after kickoff, refundable amounts equal prepaid fees minus completed milestones, non-recoverable vendor costs, and documented field days already performed.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party print runs, travel already incurred, rush fees, and deliverables accepted in writing are non-refundable. Deposits on nationwide rollout programs may be partially non-refundable as stated in your contract.
Refund Process
Email [email protected] with contract ID and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
Consumer Rights (Korea)
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Korean Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations for eligible consumer transactions. Enterprise B2B contracts may specify alternate terms in writing.
Cancellations by Ralam
We may cancel for non-payment, safety concerns at stores, or legal restrictions. In such cases we refund unearned prepaid fees except for completed milestones and pass-through costs.
